What we tend to look for
Engineers
Who write clean code and can explain why they made the choices they made. Python, TypeScript, React, or systems-level stuff. Bonus if you've shipped ML models to production.
ML / AI Folks
Who can go from paper to prototype to production pipeline. We care less about which framework you know and more about whether you can solve problems.
Generalists
Who are just really good at figuring things out. Sometimes the best hire is someone who doesn't fit a neat category but gets stuff done.
We don't care about degrees, years of experience, or where you went to school. Show us what you've built.
